Qualifications and prior relationship
Show a graduate or postgraduate qualification from a recognized university, college or business school, recognized professional training, or at least three years of relevant professional experience. Regulated professions may require Spanish recognition or registration.
The foreign company or group must conduct real and continuous activity. The employment or professional relationship must already have existed for at least three months, and the documents must show that the work can be performed remotely from Spain.
Documents
Expect a valid passport, application and fee, proof of the employment or professional relationship, company activity and permission to work from Spain, qualification or experience evidence, sufficient funds, health coverage, criminal-record certificates and social-security evidence or an applicable coverage certificate. Foreign public documents may need legalization or an apostille and a sworn Spanish translation.
